Quick start

Up and running in minutes

Everything happens in the web dashboard. Sign up, configure your workspace, and start tracking work and services — from desktop or mobile.

    Open the dashboard — no install or CLI needed

    Create a project and add your first tasks

    Set up monitors for URLs you care about

    Connect Telegram in Settings for down alerts & reminders

Projects

From the sidebar, open Projects to create a workspace for each product or client. Inside a project you can manage tasks, write requirements, attach documents, and use AI to refine specs.

  • Create a project with a name and short key
  • Add tasks and link them to requirements when needed
  • Open the board view to track status at a glance

Monitoring

Go to Monitoring to watch HTTP endpoints. Group URLs by service, set how often each one is checked, and receive Telegram alerts when something fails.

  • Add a group (e.g. Production APIs) then add endpoints inside it
  • Interval is in minutes — checks run automatically in the background
  • Use Test Telegram in settings before going live

Vault & reminders

Vault stores logins, API keys, and secure notes. Reminders let you schedule one-off or repeating notifications — delivered via Telegram when connected.

  • Vault entries are encrypted; reveal only when you need to copy a value
  • Connect Telegram under Settings → Notifications
  • Reminders support priority levels and repeat schedules

Mobile & PWA

HubLinx works on phones and tablets. Add the app to your home screen (Install app / Add to Home Screen) for a full-screen experience with offline shell caching. The admin layout uses a mobile menu and compact dashboard on small screens.
